Don Bosco International School along with the students of standard 1 & 2 of the S.S.C board marked the close of the bi-centenary year of Don Bosco with the students doing a group activity. They put together jig–saw puzzles, painted, sketched and worked on different mazes. All the students were given snacks and they enjoyed the morning session.

We are grateful to D.B.I.S for initiating this gesture of togetherness, bringing about a bonding of the two schools.

 The American Library at the American Consulate, in collaboration with Atma, conducted an e-learning workshop for teachers on August 1, 2015, aimed at creating awareness of authentic sources, published by American authors, available to members of the American Library.
Ms. Sonali and Ms. Dipti, teachers from Don Bosco, Matunga who attended the workshop concurred on the need for educators to rely on authentic information for reference, in order to enrich the teaching-learning process.

You may avail of the resources including books, magazines, DVD’s as well as the special film screening on the second Saturday of every month for children and on the fourth Saturday for adults. The American Library encourages membership.
