The students enacted the
true life story of an individual, Maria Kiwomulo, a Ugandan, who overcame a
heart-breaking childhood to work for orphaned and neglected children. ‘The
God’s Grace Orphanage’ currently has more than 90 children, a proud testimony
to the sincere and devoted efforts of a single iron-willed lady.
The inaugural assembly, put up by
students of the XE, along with Ms. Reshma, bearing in mind the theme of ‘Like
Don Bosco - With The Young, For The Young,’ portrayed how the loving presence
of a trusted person changes lives.
