The
Cubs from Standards 5th to 7th visited Pinewood resort at
Karjat for an overnight camp on 22nd & 23rd December,
2015. The cub went for trekking in the evening after which they learnt knots.
At night each group performed a skit with a yell of the group when the bon fire
was lit. The next day early morning they were engaged in warm up exercises and
running followed by Investiture ceremony for the freshers. There was prize
distribution for the different categories such as best cub, silent worker
cleanliness cub, best runner, best singer etc. The cubs enjoyed delicious food
and learnt many things in the camp to become good scouts.
