the attention of budding scientists aged 10 to 17 years: The N.C.S.C. 2015-2016

The National Children’s Science Congress, the annual activity
organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, New Delhi, held a two day
workshop on July 9 and 10 at the Vivekanand Vidyalaya, Kurla, to disseminate
information about the research activity that will be conducted this year.
Students who are interested can present their research project in this science
fair initially at the District level, progress to the State level and finally,
to the National level. Our teacher, Mrs. Anita Philip has been selected
as a Resource Person for the same, and we encourage you to participate
and avail of her guidance.
The
focal theme for this year is 'Understanding Weather and Climate' as key factors
that determine the nature, condition and pattern of natural resources, and
thus, as the pillars of the economy and the culture of that area.
If
you take a keen interest in Science and have a scientific research attitude,
this one is for you!
